What is your current processing time?

Orders are currently processed between 7-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. 

Where do you ship?

Currently we only ship to addresses within the United States. Orders received after 5pm will not be processed until the next business day.  We do not ship to APO/FPO.

What is the cost of shipping?

We offer a flat shipping rate of $10 per purchase. Orders are shipped via USPS and are all insured. If any issues with shipping occur please contact USPS.

How do I track my order?

Upon your order being shipped, you will receive your tracking number via email. Please ensure that your email address is correct.

What is your refund policy?

Due to sanitary purposes and the custom nature of the products we sell, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please be sure of your purchase at the time of ordering as Butter Me Up Body Care does not accept returns or exchanges for refunds.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Product shelf life is 12 months after opening. 

How do I contact customer service?

What if I accidentally input incomplete or incorrect information on my order?

You may email [email protected] within 12 hours of placing your order to make any changes. Once the 12 hour timeframe has passed, no changes will be made. If a package is shipped and returned due to an incorrect information inputted on the order, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for the package to be shipped back to the correct address. If you choose to have a refund, once we received the returned package we will issue a refund excluding the original shipping cost.

What do I do if it says my order was delivered but I have not received my package?

We make every effort to get your order to you on time, however once we drop off your order at the carrier, we have no control on delays, lost or stolen packages. In the event that your order is lost or missing in the mail we do advise you to follow up with USPS and file a claim with them. Butter Me Up Body Care is not responsible or liable for any lost, damaged or stolen packages.

What if my product is received melted?

Our whipped body butters are sensitive to heat and are prone to changing textures such as softening or melting during transit, especially during warmer months. Butter Me Up Body Care does not offer any refunds or replacements on melted products. Please make every effort to track your order and retrieve it as soon as it’s delivered.

If melting has occurred, do not open the product because this can cause spilling which will result in product loss. The whipping process adds tiny air bubbles that increase the volume. Thus, when it melts, the air bubbles collapse and the volume is decreased. So, although the jar was initially filled to the top, there will now be less volume in it and the jar may look half full. Simply give the jar a gentle shake and place it in the refrigerator for a few hours until it resolidifies. The consistency of the product will have slightly changed but it's wonderful moisturizing benefits will remain intact.
